What is broken about it? It's been featured in an old episode as well as a newer episode, it's heavily featured in the TCG and always has been. You can just ignore it. It doesn't affect you in any way. For the rest of us where this might be our favorite pokémon, like me, and there is never any good merge for it- we are very excited!
