I fully agree with Peter’s take on the Reacher series as a whole. Let’s enjoy each individual series for what is. After all, each series is based on existing storylines created by an author who gave us Reacher in the first place. Changing things too much can mess with the overall enjoyment of knowing how Reacher thinks and acts, and therefore risking alienation from Reacher fans the world over.
