Constantine was the first movie in modern time to show an Angel and a human in a situation where they were at odds with each other. I don't read comics. So I don't know if there are other series featuring demon hunters besides Kevin Bacon's movie that is in the works. But I really enjoyed the action scenes and variety of demonic entities featured. It would also be interesting to see how much more effective Constantine's protection will be since he was healed from his lung cancer. I was disappointed when the tv series role had a different actor in the title role.
