all those villains are great ! the problem with disney and people of nowadays is that they live in a crystal bubble that EVERYTHING is offensive and complaining about everything insignificant , it looks like freedom of expression is dead today cause they cant make a very good story and villain without an inmature person complaining about it later, too much wokeness and progre disney had become , then if they wont or they cant make a good real villain then they need to STOP making animated films , thats all !
