Gareth Edwards is one of my favorite up and coming directors. If you haven’t seen “Monsters” yet, it’s a must watch. It’s his first movie and he mostly did it all by himself. All for under a million bucks. That may not sound all that interesting, but once you see it, you’ll be asking, how did he do it?

So John vents about his character in the last three Star Wars movies but worships Daisy so much, he wishes her well. He makes no sense and it’s frustrating because I and a lot of other fans agree that he should have been the movies main protagonist. It’s on him now. As far as I’m concerned, if he wants respect, he’s on his own.

Team America is STILL acceptable and funny as hell today. I’m surprised you didn’t put Tropic Thunder into the mix. Both of those movies lampoon the subject material just fine.

No amount of good will is going to make this movie just happen. It already sounds bad. I’m personally a little miffed by the non inclusion of one of my favorite comic book characters of all time. Namely the OG Silver Surfer. Marvel studios has learned nothing and is doomed to make the same mistakes over and over again. Read the room, it’s not that hard.

I’m not sure what’s worse. This article trying to gaslight bad Star Wars movies or what Disney has done to Star Wars movies in general. As far as I’m concerned, any connection to the Force Awakens just devalues Empire Strikes Back.

I’m sure Nolan is going to make a very grounded version based on recent archeological finds. Which would be awesome. I don’t think Nolan is capable of making a bad movie. I even liked Tenant.
