Ah yes, first off; welcome to the Gundam fandom. I know a new series could be seen as a jumping on point or soft reboot because the "old" series is, well. Old. But the thing with all Gundam series Past, Present and Future is that they will all just lead to Turn A.

Yep, there's no need to argue or worry about reboot, rewrite, time hijinx or all that kaboodle because it's just going to end in Turn A.
