I'm going to go against everyone's opinions here. Especially with the laugh track.

First off, I will say that the opening with the music was a bit off putting at first, but it represents them well with their situation and the challenges they go through. Literally translating "the struggle of the man to gain dominance over the woman, the struggle of the oppressor against the oppressed"

Secondly, the laugh track is very big bang theory coded, and with Young Sheldon, there wasn't one. As with the Big Bang I drowned out the laugh track on the episodes once I got into the storyline which will likely happen once everyone gets into this chapter, plus, ya'll have watched shows with laugh tracks so calm down.

Thirdly, the first episode was actually quite funny, especially the second half of the episode when some special guests (I won't spoil) came to a certain location.

Fourthly, it does a good job continuing where Young Sheldon left off with the first episode where it connected the death of Georgie's father bonding with Mandy's father and the struggles with Mandy's mother when Georgie sticks up for Mandy.

Overall for people ACTUALLY INTERESTED IN THIS LORE, I highly suggest watching and ignoring what these critics say when it comes to the show. Real fans will highly appreciate. 🙂‍↕
