Wilam Defoe has the actual look of what Doc Holiday would possibly look like! His face has so much character and he's a great actor in my opinion! Not all great actors win the academy award. Prime example is Peter Otoole and Robert Mitchum!

I think Val Kilmer was a great Doc Holiday! Also Dennis Quaid did a respectable job i think. I 'My Darling Clementine' with Victor Mature as Doc Holiday and the beautiful Linda Darnell as big nose Kate! I laughed so hard! But they did get 'old Man Clanton' cast right with Walter Brennan!
