To top it off they are co-opting DC's Doomsday, the villain who killed off Superman, for the title of one of there films. It reminds me of Microsoft who used a trademarked name "Internet Explorer" for their new internet browser when it was pointed out that when it crashed reviewers would say it "Exploded". Tried to financial muscle to force trademark owner to give up the name but failed and eventually had to pay millions for right.
