John Lithgow, I think, will take up the mantle of Dumbledore perfectly. He has the face. The voice. He'll be perfect!

I'm not too sure yet about their choice of Snape. Paapa Essiedu could have been cast into any number of roles, but Snape doesn't feel right. Alan Rickman brought a sense of mystery and gravitas to the role that I think will be impossible to recreate.

I'll reserve final judgement on that for when I get to see the show next year.

I've been waiting a long time for this movie. For a time there I thought it would never be made.

I was 14 years old when I first saw the Dolph Lundgren / Frank Langella movie in the movie house. I'm now 51, and am as excited to see this movie as I was back then.

In anticipation of the release of Supergirl:Woman of Tomorrow, I've just impulse purchased the omnibus version of the comics. Also, along with that, I've favourited the Superman:Legacy Box Set on Amazon, due for release in June this year.

Because he was Clark Kent first. He grew up as a human, and it was only after he picked up the mantle of Superman that he discovered his Kryptonian heritage.

Our afterlife is what we make it. And for Clark, he was always that. A Human. And extraordinary one, yes, but still human.
