Smallville's Tom Welling Addresses Whether He Will Wear The Superman Suit In The Future After The End Of The DC Show
It would be great if James Gunn brought him in as Superman from another universe... The Injustice universe.
Thanks To Thunderbolts*, A Harsh Reality About The Avengers' Treatment Of Scarlet Witch Has Been Confirmed
Think of it realistically. Literally the only ones who could have helped Wanda through her grief were Sam and Clint. And eventually their attention was diverted to ther matters.
Thunderbolts* Writer Addresses Where Spider-Man, Daredevil And Other NYC Heroes Are During The Void's Attack
At this point in the MCU, it doesn't make sense to NOT have more cameos as many characters know each other.
When larger events occur a cameo in the form of at least a call makes perfect sense when characters know each other. If multiple operate in the same vicinity it's odd when there's no presence.
For example because of Wilson Fisk's mandate of no vigilantes, a conversation should occur or be referenced between Daredevil, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and The Punisher.
Marvel Studios has an easy Civil War 2 with that story line. Kingpin asks Val for help bringing in Daredevil. Punisher, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist. The New Avengerz are tasked with this mission. Cap and Falcon learn of this and intervene and Peter Parker shows up.
The end result being ALL of the characters becoming the Avengers, minus The Punisher of course.
Flash's New Power Makes Him 1000x Stronger Than the Whole Justice League Combined... Seriously
The drawback or negative aspect of this power is continued usage over time should effect Wally"s mental health, or the possibility of a clone becoming sentient. A clone becoming sentient could have its own motivations, feelings, love, hatred, and etc.
Imagine a clone becoming sentient hating the Justice League who "secretly" replaces Wally on missions because the original Wally is busy with family.
The original Wally doesn't tell his friends this has taken place and the clone, unbeknownst to Wally, subverts mission goals and objectives. Batman eventually discovers this and confronts the original Wally. The result being the Justice League having to take down the clone Flash with the same ability to copy himself.
This could be a DC event The Flash vs. The Justice League.
After Watching The Final Thunderbolts* Trailer, I Think I Finally Know How The Villain Will Be Defeated And Which Character Will Defeat Them
Sometimes the trailer is the movie!
After Avengers: Doomsday’s Cast List Reveal, I’m Convinced That Avengers: Doomsday Is Going To Make Doctor Doom Stronger Than Thanos
My guess is Doom will be able traverse the multiverse as well as past, present, and future. Basically he will be Kang and Thanos wrapped into one. This explains why many heroes will be needed to defeat him from respective timelines and their universes.
"He's Stronger Than All Of The Avengers": New Thunderbolts* Trailer Reveals Even More Of Sentry And His Superman-Level Powers
Thor in the comics, sure he comes close. However Thor in the MCU ... I doubt it.
After Doom, the MCU Will Need a New Villain, And Marvel Already Knows the Perfect Guy
This is an excellent idea of making nearly all Marvel shows and previous movies a part of MCU canon.
X-Men Star Michael Fassbender Addresses Rumors That Denzel Washington Will Play The MCU's Magneto
I think it would be GREAT for Denzel, actually pronounced Den Zul to play Magneto... as a variant.
It would be awesome to have Fassbender as Earth 616 Magneto and Washington as another earth's Magneto.
Both of their stories in how their mutant abilities were awakened could be similar, with Washington's mutant abilities awakening either during the time period of slavery or civil rights in the 60s.
We've All Been Mispronouncing Black Panther's Name for Decades, Even In the MCU
Well, it's to late to pronounce his name differently. The cat is out of the bag.
Michael B Jordan's Childhood Dream Marvel Role Is Set Up By The MCU's First 2025 Movie According To Captain America: Brave New World Theory
Michael B., is a good actor and could DEFINATELY handle the role, but they need to figure out a way to bring him into the main MCU for good.
It could be something as simple as T'Challa, Bast, and previous Black Panthers allowing Eric to "come back" to write his wrongs in a sort of redemption arc to "earn" his place in the ancestral plane.
As an alternative, Black Panther in another universe could be Michael B. Jordan and he is "brought over" to the MCU much in the same way the Spidermen were brought over to earth 616.
Maybe he was on earth 838 but took a leave of absence of sorts from the illumanti to attend to something in Wakanda because Thanos destroyed it first upon his arrival to earth 838.
TChalla returns to the Illumanti with Earth 838 Tony Stark (use an actor who would have played Tony Stark had not Robert Downey Jr been cast), they learn of their friends' slaughter by Wanda. Alternatively, it could be earth 838 Namor instead.
The heroes use the last of Wakanda tech and either Atlantis or Stark tech or both to travel to 616 in an attempt to bring Wanda to get "justice"/avenge their friends.
However, the trip would be a one way trip, so TChalla volunteers because he has nothing to come back too.
This would cement Michael B. Jordan's Black Panther into earth 616 and IF Elisabeth Olsen is brought back into 616, the compelling story could set up another Captain America Civil War. Recall in Infinity War Wanda and Sam could have built a stronger friendship due to his, Steve's, and Natasha's rescue of Wanda and Vision.
Boom another storyline!
I'm Genuinely Surprised Captain America: Brave New World Didn't Answer 1 Major Avengers Question A Year Before The Follow-Up To Endgame
Recall that in the first Avengers movie the team didn't actually form until the final 30 to 40 minutes of the movie.
The individuals had been established prior in separate films of course and the new team has the same existing framework that has been accomplished with other projects on TV and film for a the new team.
If the New Avengers include such as Shang Chi, War Machine, She Hulk, Photon, Spider-Man (recall the spell only erased the memory of Peter Parker, not Spidey), Ms. Marvel, Black Panther, Namor, Iron heart, Venom, Moon Knight, Jessica Jones, Kate Bishop, America Chavez, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and Daredevil, end credits scenes in Thunderbolts and Fantastic Four alongside cameos in Daredevil could bring together a team easily.
The MCU doesn't necessarily need to follow the source material's existing teams structure. With all of the names I mentioned they have a framework of a new Avengers team, Defenders, Dark Avengers, Ultimates, and more.
I Can't Believe Captain America: Brave New World Looks Like It Killed Off A New MCU Superhero Right In Plain Sight A Year After They Got Their Own Marvel Film
One thing I've learned about media is ...
No body = No Death.
The MCU formula examples are Bucky Barnes. Agent Coulson, and technically Steve Rogers.
10 Wasted MCU Actors Who Should Have Been Cast As X-Men Characters
Idris Elba would be great as Blue Marvel if the MCU brought him into the MCU. Blue Marvel"s power and ability level rival that of Thor, Scarlet Witch, Hulk, and Sentry.
Characters like Blue Marvel, Hyperion, Nighthawk, as well as Northstar and Aurora from Alpha Flight should DEFINATELY be brought into the MCU.
10 Wasted MCU Actors Who Should Have Been Cast As X-Men Characters
What about Magneto's variant from another earth instead of the main 616 happens to be Black or an Indigenous person? Their mutant genes surface during an event such as the slave trade, slavery, or genocide of Indigenous people in U.S.?
Wouldn't that make for an interesting scene with Michael Fassbender and a variant of his Earth 616's universe?
10 Wasted MCU Actors Who Should Have Been Cast As X-Men Characters
I see your point about an actor of a different culture playing a character who was originally of a different culture. However that all depends on the original character's story arc or origin.
What you said about Black Panther and Magneto makes perfect sense because their stories are connected to a culture, African and Hebrew respectively. Although considering that, neither McKellan nor Fassbender are Jewish or Hebrew, but I digress.
My point is characters such as Cyclops, Professor X, Nick Fury, Punisher, Daredevil, AntMan, Goliath, Spiderman, Blade, Bishop, Venom, Iron Man, War Machine, Beast, and countless others aren't connected to a race or culture or for that matter gender, Spiderman and Iron Man withstanding on the gender role.
YOU or WE have a connection to them because we're consumed by race or I should say culture, from which we were introduced to them.
Characters such as Shang Chi, Black Panther, Magneto, Isiah Bradley, Ms. Marvel, Thor, Storm, Collosus, Magick, and others cultures can't truly be separated from the character.
Do you see my point?
Although I do hope the rumor is true that in Secret Wars, Denzel Washington is playing Magneto. Imagine on another earth instead of the 616 in the current MCU, Magneto's abilities surface as a child during the slave trade in Africa or the U.S. during the genocide of indigenous peoples. That parallel to Earth 616 Magneto would make for an interesting conversation between Fassbender and Washington on screen.
10 Wasted MCU Actors Who Should Have Been Cast As X-Men Characters
I agree with mostly everything except for Idris as Bishop, Giancarlo as Magneto, and Natalie as Mystique.
Idris should have been Luke Cage, Bushmaster, or Dr. Doom. Giancarlo as Mr. Sinister or Dr. Doom. And finally Natalie as BlackCat or Captain Marvel.
Captain America: Brave New World Review - I Wanted To Love Anthony Mackie's Bleak MCU Movie But I Was Just Bored & Disappointed
I believe the MCU is attempting to follow the source material, Marvel Comics. Because in the comics, Sam/Falcon becomes Captain America for a time period.
I've Finally Figured Out Why Obi-Wan Couldn't Help Luke Skywalker Against Vader & Palpatine
I guess because he's the chosen one he didn't need to learn it or in his act of selflessness to save Luke, he obtained it as a "gift" from The Living Force. Much in the same way our Lord and Savior provides a "gift" of eternity IF you wish to receive it.
I’m Convinced Captain America: Brave New World Needed Sam Wilson To Not Have Powers For His Fight With Red Hulk To Work
Yes, because regardless of the reason or cause, an organization or group of people or individual who performs an act of "terror" against another group is in fact by definition... a terrorist organization or terrorist.
Let that sink in. ANY GROUP or INDIVIDUAL who performs an act of terror regardless of the skin color the person or persons they're wrapped in.
