I'd agree with many of the kdramas on this list. Particularly, those like Playful Kiss and Cheese In The Trap which either had cringe worthy moments, or major problems with the plot or character development. Memories of Alhambra was another kdrama that was insufferable to watch.

But I couldn't disagree more about "Strangers From Hell" which continues to have a cult following, and was meant to be scary & creepy. Korean critics have talked about how the performances by Yim Siwan and Lee DongWook are both haunting and unforgettable. In many cases, fans of the original webtoons dislike their kdrama adaptations, but in the case of YimSiwan, his adaptations have remained popular with webtoon lovers as well as kdrama lovers alike. [Strangers From Hell, Misaeng, and Summer Strike] His performances are nuanced & there is a lot to unpack, but that is what makes them great! So, though some don't want to watch a drama that is truly creepy, if psychological thriller is a genre you enjoy, then Strangers From Hell is truly one of the best kdramas in that category.
