This feels like a gross misunderstanding of Powerplex as a character. He doesn't "believe that Viltrumites are too powerful." Invincible and Omni Man are responsible for the deaths of his sister and niece. Watch the show or read the comics before making some hotdog water ahh take that completely misses everything about the character. Powerplex is literally nothing like Bruce Wayne. He's not rich, he's not deeply mistrusting of an alien species. He's a government employee who has a lot of misplaced anger.

GOG is going to be better, no matter what, simply because you don't have to worry about the whole "licensing vs. owning your digital copy" thing, because they don't use DRM software, and you can just plug and play, as long as you have the install file backed up.
