I created an just for this, no. This opinion, I believe has no basis. As someone already said, it's like you watched one episode then gave up and searched out people who agreed with you to base your facts. Some of these I agree with, and the only reason I'm sure is because I watched neon Genesis pre-pubescent. He annoyed me then. Sure he can be irritating but just thinking back, he did have some character growth, and think about what he was going through in the series! Just crazy that he got on the list at all. A lot of these shouldn't have been added to this list. Now I understand opinions and this IS an opinion heavy article, and yes you are intitled to your opinion. However, the lack of understanding these characters is evident in your article, so I choose to comment.
