Wow, I'm sure if Sandy were a dude then this article would be different. I dig the way Capt. Sandy gives the crew help, yet y'all call it micromanaging. I see, when she jumps in and helps wash dishes, fold towels, or help the outside crew pull ropes and such, not as micromanaging...but as helping build the team, creating that trust. She helps out then they'll wanna work harder to show their pride.
