Excellent recap! I adore the show. I’m just trying to figure out how anyone is going to be alive by the end of season one. Having been a lifelong fan of, Helen Mirren, it’s delightful to see her step into a role that is so different from her usual, pulled together and classy ones. It’s funny how I could watch the Sopranos as a viewer. With mob land, I’m shouting at the characters and discussing them in depth, as if they are my next-door neighbors. It certainly pulls you in! It’s the only show in this genre that makes it very clear that there’s only one way out and that is death. Kudos to this cast! Especially the actor that plays Eddie. God, I want to strangle him with my own hands. 😂 thanks again for the great write up!
