Andor Showrunner Shares His Controversial Take On A Rogue One Romance: "It’s Not Canon"
Yes, Rogue One exists, and at no point in the movie is it even hinted that there is a romance in it. Too many fans projecting their own desires, or who have no clue what an actual romantic relationship is.
James Gunn's Superman Looks Like The Man Of Steel Movie I've Wanted For 20 Years
I hope the movie is good, unfortunately even if great, it will always have the blemish of picking the most godawful Superman logo available. Really, there's about a dozen variations of the logo to choose from and they picked the most awful looking of them.
George Lucas' Biggest Revenge Of The Sith Mistake Created A Plot Hole Star Wars Can Never Fix
Perfect sense? JFC, someone train these AI writers better so they can understand that had Pe lived birth she would have never given up either of the kids. It also would have been impossible to stay living with one of the most prominent Senators in the galaxy with Vader around.
There's a reason Obi Wan turned intona hermit in the middle of the desert to hide.
Of All The Actors With Famous Parents, Here Are 10 That Don't Deserve The "Nepo Baby" Label
Nepo baby is not about untalented actors, it's about actors who got a leg up in the business (chance to audition, offered a small part, acting coaches, not having to worry about holding 2-3 jobs to pay the bills while waiting for their big break, allowed more than one chance to get it right, etc.).
Each and every one of these got some of these, and each every one is a nepo baby because of how they started, not how good or not they turned out to be.
I Was So Bummed Out When Guy Ritchie & Henry Cavill's Underrated 2024 War Movie Didn't Become A Hit
Completely agree. Very fun movie that was badly hurt by how poorly the movie was distributed. Straight to streaming in many places, limited release in the US. Not released at all in some markets until several months later (Canada and I belive the UK).
As for Cavill himself he needs to pick more movies/series where he is the undisputabe star (Man of Steel/ Witcher). Nearly everything he has done over the past 15 years or so have been ensemble movies where he is just one several main characters (Batman v Superman, Ministry of Ungentelmanly Warfare, Man from UNCLE), or worse, movies where his roles are essentially cameos (JL, Enola Holmes 1&2, Argylle).
I Don't Want Game Of Thrones Season 9 To Resurrect Daenerys Targaryen, But I Do Need These 6 Questions About Her Answered If It Happens
Since season one she was always presented as someone who was cruel and sadistic towards anyone she considered her enemy. Time after time someone else had to talk her out of some atrocious decision. By season 6 they really amped up the mad queen vibes in her interactions with people.
People just gave her a because she did suffer a lot, and because for most seasons she was opposed by truly horrible people, which made her very relatable.
Kiefer Sutherland's 10 Best Movies And TV Shows
The Vanishing remake does not have a happy ending unless one considers finding that your wife who you have been searching for frantically the entire movie died buried alive.
Having less dark ending than the original does not make it a happy ending.
Game Of Thrones Season 9 Confirming The Wildest Theory About King Bran Stark Might Be The Best Way To Continue The Show
Martin has not released the books because he has no clue how to end the story and now is afraid that no matter what he writes a big chunk of the fans would criticize him for it.
It Took 12 Years, But Prometheus Finally Makes Sense After Ridley Scott Changed The Alien Franchise Forever
Considering that Prometheus was not about a group of wealthy scientists (their sponsor was), and they didn't find an ancient society (they found ruins of one), I'd say the author didn't actually see the movie or couldn't understand one bit of it.
How Until Dawn Combines Multiple Horror Movie Genres For One Unique, Time-Looping Experience Detailed By Director & Co-Writer
Taking the name of a known property to then turn around and make a new story is nothing but a lazy cash grab. If you had faith in the story of the movie just call it something else and let it succeed on its own, don't try to piggy back on something else especially if you aren't respecting the original story.
Superwoman’s New Costume is So Flawless, This DC Cover Basically Sets Up a Future Movie
The shoulder pads seem a bit too much for my taste.
Superman Creator's Estate Is Suing Warner Bros. Discovery And DC Comics To Block James Gunn's Movie From Releasing In Certain Countries
Schuster's 25th death anniversary took place in 2017. If as his estate claims that's when the copyright law become void, how come they've waited until now to file the lawsuit, considering that several movies and other media (including Justice League) with the Superman character have been released by WB since then.
This stinks to high heaven of a frivolous lawsuit in hopes that WB wants to settle quickly by throwing undeserved money at his estate to just go away.
The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4 Update Confirms Cast Exit
Sometime in 2026 is the most likely scenario. The renewal was announced towards the end of 2024, assuming they start filming in 2025, winter 2026 would be the earliest possible release date. Neve Campbell will also be appearing in the new Scream movie which has a release date of Feb 2026, so filming for that might also help delay Season 4 of the series.
The Best Action Movie From Each Year Of The 2000s
Training Day, and A History of Violence aren't really action movies. They are drama movies with some action sequences but action is far from their main genre.
3 Years Later, I Think I've Figured Out Why Boba Fett's TV Show Actually Failed
The problem with the Book of Bobba Fett had nothing to do with the past, in fact it was quite the opposite, that it had too little to do with it.
Bobby Fett's appeal was always that he was a villain with a propensity for excessive violence, with a very cool look (even if he never did much, and had one of the lamest and most ridiculous deaths in the original trilogy).
That was it. He was like a mini-Vader.
The series got rid of the iconic look for most of the series, and turned the villian into a conflicted anti-hero that deep down is actually a good guy.
The tried to make him into an uglier, more wishy washy version of Mando.
Which is ironic, because Mando was basically the hero version of Bobba Fett including a shinier armor.
10 Action Movies With Massive Plot Twists You Never Saw Coming
The "twist" in the Fall Guy could be seen coming from a mile away. There was never any expectation for it to be a shock to anyone who actually watched the movie.
After Andy Muschietti's Recent Comments About The Flash Movie's Failure, I'm Concerned James Gunn Picked The Wrong Director For The New Batman Movie
He isn't wrong about the lack of interest. Once it became public knowledge that WB had pulled the plug on the DCEU there was really no reason to see any of its movies, since it was known that they'd basically be incomplete stories leading to no where. This affected Aquaman 2, Blue Bettle, Shazam 2, Black Adam, Suicide Squad 2, WW2, and Birds of Prey, all of which underperformed at the box office. Why get invested and spend money in movies where the studio has already raised the white flag?
It's like committing to watch a new season from a series that has already been cancelled and which you know will be left incomplete.
10 Fantasy TV Scenes That Made Viewers Quit Their Shows
Dani's turn at the end had been foreshadowed since season 1. When dealing with anyone she perceived as an enemy, which often included anyone who didn't agree to her demands, every single time her first instinct was to burn them or otherwise destroy them. What always held her back was the advice of those closest to her who made her snap from her madness. By the end she eventually succumbed to it because she no longer had anyone she trusted close to her. They had all either died or she had pushed them aside.
The DCU's First Batman Appearance Is The Perfect Excuse To Give Alan Ritchson His Dream DC Role Recast
I don't think that would be an issue. People in the DC world can't figure who Superman is because he wears glasses and combs his hair differently as Clark Kent.
The DCU's First Batman Appearance Is The Perfect Excuse To Give Alan Ritchson His Dream DC Role Recast
You think he is too big physically to be Batman but ok for Green Arrow? OK then. That's some really weird take considering out of the two, Batman has always been the more imposing physically.
