The Thunderbolts* Release Date Breaks A 13-Year MCU Trend, And Now I'm Even More Convinced The Marvel Movie Will Be Great
"Thunderbolts will be great"? A statement made by the same people who are still desperately clinging to the terrible "The Acolyte" series.
Hollywood's 2 Giant Robot Movies Make The Fate Of Guillermo Del Toro's Pacific Rim Franchise Even More Disappointing
It would be nice if these franchises were done well in live-action. Only time will tell, of course. After all, while I did like the animated remake: Voltron: Legendary Defender, it wasn't all that faithful to the original. Hollywood doesn't seem to know what staying "true to the heart" of anything means. Having Henry Cavill on board does give some hope, though.
Disney's Snow White Gets IMDb Disclaimer After A Wave Of 1-Star Reviews Makes Overall Rating Plummet
While the movie doesn't deserve a 1-Star review, it doesn't deserve above 2-Stars. Anyone voting it that high is technically a false review, because they obviously did not watch it. It is awful, with no real direction. The art style is terrible. Rachel's singing is good, but she's not a good actor.
I'm Finally Watching Inuyasha After Two Decades, And Now I Understand Why It Was Such A Gamechanger
I liked the series, at first, until they gave my favorite character the worst ending they could have come up with. Death would have been a preferable ending. I won't be specific to try to not spoil the series, but those who have seen it all should know.
10 Harsh Realities HBO's Harry Potter Remake Can't Avoid
Them saying that the Fantastic Beasts franchise failed because "it ignored what made Harry Potter great" only has a small amount of truth to it. No, the bigger reason was the backlash over WB's misandry with Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. They fired Johnny Depp over rumors, but kept Amber Heard even after there was evidence about her crimes.
As for Dudley Dursley, it can be seen as "fatphobic", but there was a reason for that, which can't be ignored. He was a spoiled child, overfed, allowed to do whatever he wanted, including not exercising. It is thing that happens in real families. So, it makes sense to include that a a warning to parents not to become like that. Hopefully, some of those growing up with the books or movies took that as a lesson for when they had kids.
My Confidence In Netflix's Dungeons & Dragons Show Skyrocketed When I Found Out One Person Was Involved
I have a little hope for the series, but not a lot, since it seems that they ignore what people like about AD&D. Honor Among Thieves is the closest, I think, though.
One Of The Best 2000s Anime Is Officially Back In A Way No One Could Have Expected
Now, if we could only get a "Yotsuba to" anime.
How Did This Get Made? 10 Anime Series So Bad They're Good
I kind of like some of these, but YamiBou is probably my favorite, here. I never played the game, but I did research about it.
10 Forgotten Fantasy Movies That Deserve A Second Chance
You should, probably, have someone versed in the subject write the articles, because most of these are beloved classics, and Megan even got some details wrong. The most egregious error is saying that the two lovers in Ladyhawke can only see each other at night. No, they can only catch a glimpse of each other at the time between night and day. The curse is that they could never be together: "Always together; forever apart."
A Dungeons & Dragons Show Based On This 40-Year-Old Setting Would Be As Hard To Watch As House Of The Dragon
The dragon deaths will upset fans of dragons? The writer does know about the metallic dragons, right? They didn't half-ass any research on this to not even know about that, right? How about Silvara? Even the dragon deaths were epic. It wasn't like encountering some wild beast, like in the Game of Thrones series. If someone was to make the series right, it would be great, but can't really trust any studio to do that, these days.
