I feel like SR has pushed this narrative before, that they hate TSPWL and have mentioned abandoning that story completely. But as you see from the comments, many of us love Philip and Eloise's book. And there's no point to introducing Philip at all if he's not coming back in Eloise's season. I would absolutely hate if she ended up with Theo, it's the wrong outcome for any number of reasons.
