Not even the actor recieving a character to voice could ACTUALLY be considered "something good to come from dragonball evolution" and while white washing was a mild irritation for fans comeing to see a beloved franchise come to life in live action, it was far more enrageing and disheartening that the sfx and story flow felt NOTHI G like dbz and the transition from the movies main production jumps from poor teenage highschool adaptation to cheesy anime adaptation followi g what would be considered japanese theatre during its finale was massively jaring.

There have been MANY homebrew content creators with just a cheap video editing and sfx app on their personal at home computers and even cellphones that held massively more impressive and accurate depictions of the dragonball vibe and appearance. Why was it so hard for a professional production crew to realize the essence of what the sfx could have been? It felt like nothing more than a disgusting attempt at a cash grab.
