Yea , ill watch it when i can stream it for free. My first reaction to the trailer was that they ripped off alot of the aspects of the monsters appearance from the tommorro war and the monsters in it .

I agree on the PG aspect. Its a shame really bcuz ther were several good things to like about this movie. The use of some practical effects perhaps to maximize the gravity of some of the battle sequences and lessen the cgi usage . Travis Fimmel was stil awesome and it looked sharp in some visuals and there were ingredients ther for an amazing movie perhaps but bcuz of the way the entire movie was buried in the cgi it did not deliver what it could have been. Durotans battle where he challenges the sorcerer orc for the right to lead , whose name is escaping me atm , but this sticks out to me as a scene that could have been way more impactful had it been put together in the right way. Its far from the only movie guilty of this however but a shame nonetheless as it came from a quality storyline with rich material and one that so many people connected with as a pc game.

Guillermo del toro has sum underated horror , i also feel like the mist is an underrated horror movie, that ending was depressingly devastating like i felt the weight of it. This year has been pretty good for horror movies IMO with several films that are pretty good and some good ones coming soon potentially...
