I think goku is missing because though he can't control reality he is still considered as one of the strongest anime characters and for a reason he has lots of potential and has had many battles and it would be disrespectful to not put one of the strongest or many say his the strongest,yet he is nowhere on this list because he should atleast be in the top 10
