Knew them all . But Fallout 4 is one of my boomerang games— whatever I get, I always find myself playing another character.
Classic Sci-Fi Movie Being Rebooted By Legendary Comic Book Writer 68 Years After Release
This moview was always a bit deep plotwise --- I'd think someone is likely to do a modern version that has them trying a more action base take on it. I can't ever watch the original with out comparing it to Star Trek, and always wonder how much it inspired Gene Roddenberry.
For any remake I'd expect:
1) A less humanoid Robot. Something that can't possibly be a "guy in a suit" look. Just because they can. (Think of how the last few Lost in Space remakes did to their robot)
2) A starship that doesn't look like a flying saucer at all.
3) A mixed gender crew. The original had an all male crew. That wouldn't fly for today's audiences at all.
4) A traditional soundtrack. The original had the funky semi-alien tecno electronic score. That is something that I hope they don't try and recreate. I just don't see it working again.
5) Another more distanst star than Altair being the planet's location. Altair is only 16.73 light years away, and I think it should be one of several thousand systems, not the local 100.
