Excellent take on the revised MAFS. I hope production goes back to separate honeymoons and away from the "couples groups" dynamic which moved the show toward surrealism and allowed for bickering and "bad acting" between the couples (Chris, Season 11). I really enjoyed Netlflix's Later Daters. More of GEN X please!!

Excellent that casting is moving toward late 30s and the 40-55 year old demographic. I'm sure the conversation will be fuller and likely more organic without the "clout" chasing element. I'm here for the change also.

I agree with the other comment by Pati. Where is this coming from? Ben was one of the best Chefs on the Below Deck franchise who set the standard and made the show irresistible to watch. Melodrama? Please! The original cast were far better at their jobs in those early seasons which were much more based on reality unlike the present. Cheers to Chef Ben, Chef Rachel, Chef Adam, and Chef Marco.

Chef Ben is #1 of my Top Four Favorite Chefs of the Below Deck Franchise. His artistic culinary talent, outstanding hospitality, and authentic personality made the show. It's great to know he's still thriving in his successful business. I don' t know if it's their youth, lack of experience, or their disinterest in service but the chefs in the past few years aren't worth the watch. Chef Ben, Chef Rachel, Chef Adam, and Chef Marcos were ionate about their craft and consummate industry professionals that elevated the franchise.

Totally disagree with your take on Bri. The dating drama as a feature creation is boring and these people just aren't interesting enough or talented enough to be in the service industry or television. The franchise will continue a downhill cycle if production continues to cast clout-seeking 20 year olds that have no real interest in hospitality along with zero experience. It's not fun to watch them struggle and it certainly isn't entertaining. The authentic entertainment value came from their work in the industry, the food, the scenic destinations, the crew's interesting personalities, and interactions with the captains. If attractions between the cast happened like Aesha and Jack in season 4 or even Conrad and Hannah in season 3 it wasn't forced; they happened naturally which is REALITY. Bri and Chef Johnathan should've been fired!
