I agree with what you just said he does need counseling and it's not going to be easy ,but I also think all of the kids need counseling for them all to get a fair share of life the real world . I would like to see both Olivia and Ethan to get back together and live that happy life again . I do think Olivia needs counseling also ,but just living free as she is now she is learning more about life just being free from all cults . I love them both I hope they both come together and relise the divorce was the best thing for both of them to grow up . But learning to grow up apart made a big difference and they both know they see life in a different way and all the mistakes they made when married back in another life . Real love is divorcing and finding eachother again and making it work for ever

I have to agree kim is very selfish ,she always does as she wants with out any care of whom.she hurts . If you Kim saying to one of her sons before I met your father I was a wild child she rolled ts for her mother as a young child as she was ralking to her second oldest son she said I lived my life drinking smoking pot and sleeping around is how I myself tuned in on yes we all did that stuff back in the 60s and 70s . Then she met Barry and decided to live his way of life and now she was incharge of bring up his children his way . But has anyone every thought that kim did thing in her own way with out her husband knowing . Or her children knowing I bet she met Ken along time ago and kept him.a secret for years ,i.bet that's what caused her to start drinking more and more we know she was drunk and ran over her two year old baby and killed him ,she was drunk . Hush hush in their community about that . I think kim needs help away from everyone mostly her children because she puts different meanings of life in her children's thoughts they see her living a double life it's OK for her but not them . Kim would be happy with out her children in her life . She is tired of all that she has to do with them she is very selfish it's her ,her, her only the kids are dragging her down . All she wants is the money half of what's owed to her threw this divorce . Once that's over with I bet she will disapere . She still puts Olivia under the bus when she asked ethan how is he making out with his divorced she wasn't thinking about his feelings she was thinking about her own love affair with Ken and she again put down Olivia well you deserve someone better as she found with Ken. That was a slap in the face to ethan instead of saying it hurts ethan I know how much you loved Olivia but as you heal you will see it gets better and you will meet someone else that might make you feel better . She should have come out and said ethan I shouldn't have interfered into your life

I think Olivia is expressing her self ,we the people all of us have been in Olivia's shoes more then once in our own lives ,and yes we probley all try in our own way to try and make our marriages work for the best

Know one wants a fail marriage but when you have one person in a marriage that is so used to their way of living as Ethan has their would be no change . Because in his life he didn't have to make tough dissitions, they were always made for him . I agree they were married to young but many none cult marriages do work if both put in the work to make it work . Both were bought up the same way ,Olivia had a different life then Ethan she had a tougher life . She and Ethan both fell in love with eachother I think if they both moved out and away from family I think they would have had a strong marriage together . I think if kim didnt steal money out of ethans bank all the time with out paying him.back and ethan should have stopped it himself instead of asking olivia to change the as she did to keep kim from taking all of his money . Ethan should have been man enough to stand strong against his mother and told her no and that he wanted all that money paid back . Even today kim has money problems ,and a drinking problem i think there is alot going on behind the secens that will come out that will shock the entire plath family that how much their own mother gas done behind their backs . I hope ethan grows up and she's the truth how his ex-wife truly felt deep inside and can see how his reactions cause his divorce because he never was able to be man enough to talk things out with his wife he hid and ignored everything that was going on thinking it would and all things would be solved . Noting in a marriage gets swept under the table and automatically gets fixed .I hope he wakes up and sees all of his mistakes he made threw his married life with Olivia with his new girlfriend . I don't think this new girlfriend is going to put up with as much
