See AllSuits LA Episode 8 Review: I'm Surprised Suits LA Spent So Much Time On A Redundant Side Plot, But It's Finally Spotlighting The Real Story
"..but these need to take priority over creating comparisons to the original show. Suits LA has potential." And this can happen if the powers that be "stop" with the "teasing element" of having the original cast "popping up". This one at time inclusion of the original cast is saying Suits LA can't deliver or it is too weak to carry its own show. Whether this is true or not, let it stand or fail on its own legs. Otherwise, the comparisons will continue as they will because they have similar show names, and the intervention of the original cast will remain a must to create an audience.
Star Trek's Best One-Off Guest Star Appeared 58 Years Ago, And The Franchise Still Hasn't Topped Them
For me personally, yes Joan Collins' episode was well done and it is a classic, but I feel Ricardo Montalban's Space Seed classic which lead to the classic first real Star Trek hit movie over the actual "first" Star Trek movie, is the franchise best tv episode. However, from TOS, I have so many favorites...the mother Hoda protecting her children in the cave from miners, Spock in love once going back in time through a fog tunnel time machine, or plants that shot spores in his face that changed his emotions and will, Dr McCoy's salt eating girlfriend changeling, the Gorn fight with Kirk, the black side of the face vs the white side of the face the last warriors fighting each other to the end of life on their dead planet...so many great episodes. Gene Roddenberry was a genius author, writer, producer, and director who created until his death his legacy of masterpieces that have been continued onwards.. which I am sure he would have given his blessings to with a military salute since he was also a veteran. Live Long and Prosper to my fellow Trekkies.
Why Was Dominic Vail Killed In NCIS: LA Season 1? Adam Jamal Craig's Exit Explained
After reading this storyline reason for the character death for actor Adam Jamal Craig, I am left with the understanding that the EP of the show Shane Brennan, NCIS LA had a major grudge against this actor and it is "not" for his reason given. There was no logical reason even as a "shock" value reason, to lose an early "positive" character in the first season. These actors are your money makers, your story builders for future seasons to come. Then this young man as an actor seemed to be "blackballed" from getting any other potential roles of substance at any other movie or television studios afterwards why? Further investigation is required for this storyline. Questions? Who on NCIS LA asked for Adam's dismissal from the show? And/or What was the actual reason by Shane Brennan to dismiss Adam Jamal Craig and not recommend him for other job positions after his exit? We know Sasha Alexander wanted off the show because she had a chance to "star" as "first on the call sheet" on her show with Angie Harmon. Craig did not have that opportunity. So, why?
Suits LA Episode 4 Review: Ted Black Needs A Miracle To Win Me Over After Another Disappointing Outing For The Legal Drama Lead
Part 2 of 2 To the powers that be on the new series Suits LA...Please note and understand (in my opinion), you can not bring back the "bits and pieces" on occasions the original cast to this show. What it says to me and maybe others, is that you have a failing show, a weak series. Needing the former characters to strengthen the reboot. If it is not working with the cast you have now, nothing will help it. It will continue to be criticized and bringing in former characters will only cause the ship to sink faster and make the public watching wonder, "why did you cancel it in the first place?" The original cast can only return to help it all make sense is to bring it back as "Pearson Litt (w/ Dule Hill's character name on the wall also) LLC". Hire the original crews, writers, directors, if they are still available, and of course, any of the original cast who would like to return. Then add the actors to tell the various storylines handled by this new LLC firm. Just a suggestion.
Suits LA Episode 4 Review: Ted Black Needs A Miracle To Win Me Over After Another Disappointing Outing For The Legal Drama Lead
For me the character of Harvey Spector, the chasmatic lawyer, who women love then hate, then love, men if truth be told, feared his talents, wished they had some of what he presented to the world but respected him under their breath. He walked the walk and talked the talk. It's missing in this new series. Harvey dressed well, was charming when need be, he walked like he own the planet and was well educated. But he was able to fake it until he made it with Mike's help at times. Noting, Ms Gina Torres' character was his exact match. With all of the other characters of the original series working very well with each other. Bouncing off each other and making it believable. The actor that should have been considered in my humble opinion for the role of Ted Black, 1st choice : Mr Jeffery Donovan (Burn Notice, Hitch). As a stronger lead, the others would draw from his energy, his acting experience, and maybe project the "lawyer" vibes needed to hold the show. And our interest to watch. ??
I'm Mad All Over Again About Blue Bloods' Cancelation After Surprising New Spinoff Announcement
I am sorry because I loved Donnie Wahlberg on the original Blue Bloods series. However, the spin-off, with a name and location change and announcing only "one" cast member is going to Boston is a big ",WHAT, HUH" moment?? And, it is one that I will not follow onwards with. CBS since they did not give a good or any reason for the Blue Bloods cancelation have lost my viewership. It made no sense and the series could have been extended (it was top rated). Wahlberg to go off on your own for what info we were given to date, seems selfish without the others. Boston? Really? No way, sorry. Good-Bye.
