One thing in the movie that didn't make sense at all was how Bucky kept telling that other congressman that they should work to have Val be "impeached".

Val is head of the CIA.

You do not "Impeach" a member of the CIA.

Hell, even Senators and Congress don't get "impeached"

Only the president, vice president, and top ranking judges get "impeached".

How do they mess up something so universally known and simple?

They acted like Val was president or something.

Seriously, who writes this nonsense...
