Tenchi was on the scifi Channel as well before Toonami was a thing. And it's definitely not forgotten.

Funny thing is that Tenchi didn't really want anything to do with the harem situation he found himself in. He was pretty innocent in all of it while only Ryoko and Ayeka were overtly going after him(mihoshi by his grandfather suggesting she should be his wife).

Overall Tenchi Muyo was pretty wholesome and wonderful, do not besmirch its good name.
