See AllFrom Stranger Things To Wednesday, Why The Hell Are So Many Streaming Shows Taking So Long To Return?
I disagree with the assertion that there's no "filler." A LOT of shows in the past few years could've/should've been movie or miniseries length, but they were horrendously overpadded. Apple TV is one of the worst offenders ("Before" was particularly slow and redundant, and I suspect "Severance" is going the "Lost" route with filler lunacy that will never be explained), but Netflix has been doing it too (the "Kaos" story could've been told in a fraction of the time, and "Eric" might've been an okay movie, but it was totally insufferable at 6 episodes).

10 Sitcoms From The 1980s That Barely Anyone Re
Empty Nest, Deg Women, Too Close for Comfort, and Eight is Enough do not belong on this list -- and the last wasn't even a sitcom, it was a drama with occasional humor. Even Out of This World feels iffy. All had long runs and healthy lives in reruns (until HDTV took over and everything that wasn't HD was suddenly deemed obsolete).
