I don't think it will happen now. Nick told Cmdr. Wharton about the mayday plan in order to save his own skin. And as a result, all those innocent women were murdered at Jezebels.. So that was the nail of the coffin for June. She saw that Nick was spineless.

I am not so sure that june is going to be with Luke either...

On a humerous note, maybe June and Serena will decide they have feelings for each other. In the final moments of the last episode, we see June and Serena ionately kissing, with Serena moaning, "It was you all along, June..." they're totally making out, wrestling each other in a fit of ion and people throw red Jello on them and cheer them on.
