Why dont you book winos just get over it. ITS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CREATE what you want. Theres NO PRODUCTION STUDIO NOW, OR EVER that could accurately transpose 14 books, 14 VERY LARGE BOOKS into a watchable, cohesive, consistent show with the bazillion different characters and everything else, and not have it turn out to be a 25+season( and i mean 20 episode seasons, NOT 8 episode ones)- to be able to read all those books means the majority of you are very intelligent people. So why are you so obsessed with the idea that the books should be DIRECT TO SCREEN, as opposed to what it has been MARKETED AND TITLED AS: AN ADAPTATION. GROW UP, AND BE GRATEFUL. So, AGAIN, im going to say, NONE of the actors, most of the production staff and so many other people from extras to set designers, to all the people involved trying to "ADAPT" a "FEASIBLE" and "ENTERTAINING" show out of Robert Jordans work, are 'abominable' IN ANY WAY. theyve worked very hard in some really pressing conditions to bring as much of their part to the show and your comments are denigrating, and just really uncouth. And how on earth do you know what anyones intentions are for this show?... What was it you said ...um .."they see them as stories that need to .. corrected(?) and vehicles for their "own" ideas since they lack the talent to create original stories thenselves". This i will not abide. #1- You say 'vehicles for their own ideas' and then follow up with 'they lack talent to create original stories thenselves.... So which is it? They have their own ideas, or they lack that talent? Which one?🤦🏻‍♂

#2- Rafe Judkins, the show runner began shopping around an 8 season ADAPTATION (I think you overly zealous and quite bratty sounding bookies need to look up the definition of "ADAPTATIONS"🤔) to bring this show to life back in 2017, i think, and thats because he was an avid Wheel of Time reader, having read all books multiple times; and is doing the BEST HE CAN without turning it into a 35 episode per season/20 seasons+ show, WHICH NO PRODUCTION COMPANY would touch with a ten foot pole. AGAIN, all the crying and moaning wahwahwahh but you dont even have a GRASP on HOW HOLLYWOOD WORKS.

#3- Talking smack like this, shows not only what a tool you are, but also that you are in dire need of some fresh air and sun. Get outta your parents basement for awhile, go hangout in the backyard, or go to a park, because you seem like you live in a itty bitty bubble safe-space and feel free to mouth off about things you dont understand. No, the "script" is NOT already written. Books are NOT scripts. Apples and oranges. This nonsensical idea that directors, producers, and writing staff are these all powerful wizards that can bring books DIRECTLY TO LIFE (but choose not to .....?)is not only bothersome, its TIRING. Books are books, Movies are Movies. Tv Series ... etc. If the book in question has NO inner monologues, NO auto narration, and simple world building with simple mechanics is one thing. The Wheel Of Time....(and its 14 books + 2 compendiums)...It takes 4 chapters for a dude and his dad to leave their shack and go down a trail to the nearest village. The IMMENSE amount of painstaking, dedicated detail ALONE needed to do what so many of you are complaining about, SORRY, theres NO chance of that happening. Not even a little. Im sorry, im sure ive offended somebody already, (UNINTENTIONALLY)- IM sorry, but I'm just all about the facts. And the facts are, this show isnt a SPECIAL PRIVILEGE, meant only to be enjoyed by the overly exuberant book reader fans. You need to theres a whooooole lot of us that were JUST introduced to this amazing fantasy world, and theres room for all of us. And LASTLY, i find it truly classless to denigrate all the HARD WORK the actors, writers, production, All staff down to extras and craft services has done to bring this breathtaking set of stories to life. Seriously, if you dont like it, dont watch it. Kts really that simple.

The fact that they arent ALREADY showing season 3 is a DISGRACE. The measly, several episode long 2 "seasons"... A taste. Its like putting a giant delicious meal in front of a hungry person, and then telling them: you can only take one bite per year.🤦🏻‍♂ If they dont come out with season3, SOON, which, lets be honest, IS ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE, they are going to regret it. WRONG. The "sow"runners...🤔RAFE JUDKINS HAS READ THE ENTIRE SERIES MULTIPLE TIMES. He has created, with ALOT OF HELP FROM BRIAN SANDERSON, an 8 season story that incorporates as much of the original story that it can, without including EVERY SINGLE PERSON/PLOT/STORY, SINCE THAT WOULD BE LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE. I dont know what mystifies me more, yall 'bookies" acting like theres ANY UNIVERSE in which the full WOT world, with all its millions of characters and thousands of subplots and lore, could POSSIBLY be WORD FOR WORD adapted to the big screen, OR THE FACT that you act like its a PERSONAL AFFRONT to you, as a person who EXPECTS WHAT YOU EXPECT, AND NOTHING LESS WILL DO. You are asking for something the shape of a square to through a hole the shape of a circle. Rafe Judkins has taken as much reference material as he possibly could, and has created a VISUAL MEDIA PROJECT(APPLES AND ORANGES TO BOOKS...🤦🏻‍♂)-and doing the best he can at it. Its so childish, its so immature, game of thrones ( that show??) had the exact same issues. Characters not brought in, some pivotal to certain plots, (Lady Stoneheart, the weird patchwork guy...etc.) but they STILL managed to bring one of the most epic series to t.v. thats been seen in a while. And there werent constant pew-pews from george martin fans, crying and whining because the show wasn't identical to the material. And lastly, I for one, LIKE IT THIS WAY. why would you want a full reproduction of things youve already read. 🤦🏻‍♂Please, can we get a cease-fire from all you overly dramatic bookreaders, and just DONT WATCH IT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT!! Not enough room in the first one so here's part 2 because that's how I'm feeling. In closing I am going to State emphatically anyone who finds episodes 12 13 14 any type of closure any type of tying up of loose ends or explaining anything at all, even the idea of these 60 whatevers coming to New York???!?! With zero backstory, in fact never even spoken of until the last four episodes of the show, this show was on track to be many seasons long however Rich jaded, elitist Hollywood writers, two in particular who seem to have the most control over the show, decided to play sandbox instead of actually doing their jobs, which is to give the fans what they want. And what we wanted, was explanations, explanations, explanations. You leave gaping holes in your story lines for 4 years and those last four episodes were the best you could do??? Wow it is really extremely very much time for those two people to retire. And to leave show building and show writing to more suited people who aren't making TV shows as hobbies while taking interviews dressed in haute couture. The female half anyway. I saw what she was wearing on an interview she did as she's giggling about how she loves the fact that doors have been left open, was this woman awake when she was given the mandate to produce four episodes to close out the show?? Nobody asked for episodes that continued all your loose ends!!! I swear these Hollywood elites, I don't know what happens to their brains when they hit a certain amount of money they've made, but I will tell you one thing: I found the last episodes of this show to be a slap in the face personally, an insult to my intelligence, and a really really crappy way to leave the fans wondering what on Earth those two poo heads were smoking the days they wrote those episodes.
