I don't know. When we first meet little Ani the Jedi are a bunch of intergalactic douche bags. Seems like they held all the sway. Perhaps bringing balance to the force was allowing the sith to get a toe hold and decimate the Jedi do they were on a more level playing field. 🤷🏼♂
