“The Rings of Power” is by far some of the best writing ever done for a series of this caliber. I’ve heard ratings for season two were not as impressive as season one. There is a simple explanation for this trend…We are in a paradigm shift between those who are used to commercials & waiting week to week for the next installment, via those who have been raised & addicted to binge watching a show.

“The Rings of Power” is in a category in & of its own making. I hope Amazon will reconsider the overall success of the show i.e. view it from a more realistic position. It needs to by allowed to develop at its own pace over time. “The Rings of Power” is a show that must focus on THE LONG GAME… allowing a ratings policy to grow & build over time.

Please don’t be disheartened to not produce the promised five seasons.

I also hope Amazon Prime will consider producing more shows which will tap into “The Rings of Power” as the ages of “Middle Earth” are transformed over the 3,000 years between “The Rings of Power” & when we are introduced to where “The Hobbit” begins.

Their is so much rich story telling to be explored as THE AGES IF MAN & MIDDLE EARTH unfold. There is more to this series that meets the eye & at its soul it reveals the struggle of the human condition & I hope you will consider the opportunity… the great power within your hands.

I hope we will be given the gift of watching worthwhile shows in the future. I hope various versions of the “The Rings of Power” will be among them. Cheers, Jeff Gawrys - Alpine, Utah
