The problem with comments and opinions from people who don't read the comics, is you don't know the characters enough to give your opinion. Kang has always been all over the place, and was always a pretty low level villain, mostly because he isn't a villain. Captain America being resurrected after WW2, when he should have been deceased, set off a change of events that ended in the death of Kangs wife......in his story Cap is the villain.......but Kang has been multiple people throughout history, good bad and indifferent. That's what they were trying to convey in the MCU. One of the TLV characters was hybrid with Kang because comics tend to create repeat and unnecessary characters, the movie tries to streamline it all and compress 80 years worth of stories, into a few movies and shows
