350 signatures is undoubtedly underwhelming by today's standards. If this is seen as a rallying cry, then it is unequivocally DEAD, only existing in Rockstar purgatory. It's telling that it is still a PS4 game, not remastered/updated. It's a shame because it really did have the potential to be something special.
