I would've put Father Mulcahy as first, the most likable. I found Hawkeye as insufferably smug, always right, insulting, and preaching. Margaret became a better person after Frank left, she got divorced, and she had a chance to grow. Charles proved to be a good guy after all, hiding that behind his upbringing.
