Two distinct misses: Miracle, which is exceptionally accurate regarding the 1980 Olympic hockey team and, grab hold of something, Slapshot, which is based on a true story that was actually written by one of the "actors", Need Dowd and his life as a minor league hockey player. The story is a bit of a stretch, but the day-to-day life of a minor leager, and the collapse of hockey towns in the 70's is spot on....
