Why Tim & Lucy Didn't Get Back Together In The Rookie Season 7 Finale Addressed By Showrunner
Its asinine as to why they broke them up in the first place, as well as the purposeful move to keep them apart! So you keep having them sleep together, but not officially unite them?!?! They're afraid to get back together to quick, but not afraid to have them sleep together?!?! Sometimes shows get too cute with their stories and do too much, the Tim/Lucy break up and slow burn to reuniting is a prime example of this fact!
Wes And Cam Romance Chances & "Surprising" Character Absence In FBI: International Season 4, Episode 9 Addressed By Star Vinessa Vidotto
I'm agreeing with you, I've wanted them together, and they've had more history and chemistry. That dating app match BS was so forced, and unnecessary! These shows always paint themselves into a corner with this same trope, I wanted them to be different!
Wes And Cam Romance Chances & "Surprising" Character Absence In FBI: International Season 4, Episode 9 Addressed By Star Vinessa Vidotto
I hate the copy paste method of TV procedurals with a ion! They've already did the boss and the 2nd in command having a fling from the beginning on this show. Then there is that whole slow burn with her and Andre, now this character is here and it's a very disingenuous, and unnecessary dating app match, as if writers have no creativity than to automatically put her with the new guy, who happens to be White, a clear casting trend these day to put all women of color/diversity with the White male lead! I'm taking it off of my record list if they go this route, which they clearly are.
Med's Biggest Missing Piece Is On Full Display In The 2025 One Chicago Crossover
And what are the powers that be on Chicago Med trying to do in of creating intriguing "love connections" they broke up Maggie for no reason just to put her with the young White kid doctor! Hannah/Archer actually makes sense, but I loathe the CW trope of love triangles! Watch, not only are they gonna put Maggie and the kid doctor together, they're also gonna crate more drama by having Hannah's current boyfriend move on with the new head that Archer clashed with. It's gonna happen, these programs don't have anymore imagination, and it shows.
Roscoe's Reacher Season 3 Return Looks Less Likely After New Romance Confirmation
Listen people. If it isn't in the source material, and we're getting it from, said, source material, then why are we trying to force them to "go off script" by being back people that have nothing to do with the direction of the book?!?! If anything they would have put him with the woman from his past, that he had actual history and feeling for! JS
The Rookie Season 7 Taking Its Time With Tim & Lucy May Be Frustrating, But It's The Only Thing It's Doing Right
Talk about a classic case of "doing too much." They not only broke them up for no good reason, but they're doing a "slow burn" for them getting back together while they're simultaneously, and unnecessarily creating drama in every other relationship on the show. Wesley hearing the tape, getting jealous, with good reason, but not telling his wife! And then Nyla and James arguing?!?! Too much couple related drama!
Will Trent Season 3 Makes Up For Angie's Break-Up With Its Love Interest Replacement
I get it, this is what these shows do, break couples up, just to bring them back together. My only issue is that they suspended disbelief, perhaps way too much in making Angie an addict cop, who knows has a murder cover up on her record. There is absolutely no way in the real word she would still have a chance to be working as a detective/officer anywhere.
Reacher Confirms Season 3 Will Continue A Problematic Trend After Roscoe's Exit
Well if it's in the books, instead of gripping, just give them credit for sticking to the source material. While a part of me likes the idea of a meaningful/lasting relationship, I'd rather go this route than that endless trope of "will they or won't they" which plagues most procedurals today. JS
Chicago PD's Atwater Episode Is Great, But Fails Season 12's Best Character Story
So the author believes that "Ruzek's trauma" should have been addressed in this episode?!?! The opener was all about Ruzek, and the next episode had him featured trying to avenge his new partner's murder, and yet the author of this article believe Ruxek's trauma should have been referenced in an episode we know was supposed to introduce Atwaters new love interest?!?! That right there is what I dislike, the emphasis on everyone else, but Atwater! Two episodes about Ruzek, yet episode 3 setting up Atwater with a live life is somehow "too much, too soon?!?!" Nearly every character past and present has had multiple arches with different love interests, why as it taken so long to get this brother a little love?!?! While her seemingly jumping all over him may potentially set up that trope of her character being married/dating someone, ill.wait and see. That whole,"I won't judge you and you don't judge me" comment made me a little apprehensive about who she will end up being, but I just hope it goes somewhere good for Atwater, he deserves a serious relationship, not a go nowhere booty-call.
