There was nothing brilliant in this remake at all. They had a great story to bring to life. They however wanted to push an agenda that no one wants to see. Ticket sales prove that. They hired writers, actors, and a director that didn't like the original. They told everyone that their view of the original was flawed and theirs was better. Disney will take a tax write off of this 350 million dollar abomination, and do it again. It's sad the let a few people ruin it for the majority of society.
