I love this show. The books are an amazing sprawl over countless different SOURCE s. And it got away from RJ meaning that instead off his promised 10books before he died it was left to BS to finish the story and it took him 3 more books.

I love what this tv series is doing. It is keeping the spirit of the story and ensuring that key occurrences that help develop the main characters are hit. Though not necessarily in the same time line as the books. I really enjoyed the books but it is years since I finished them. I do not miss the characters not included or lost as the story is so tight well acted that it is by far the best fantasy show on tv at tge moment. I am already longing for ep8. And praying it gets it 4 th season and chance to get 6 to 8 seasons to properly finish the story. Like GOT was given

You know at this stage j don't really care about the books endings. And I think neither does GRRM. The show did a fabulous job bring the story to a great conclusion . The story is all about the ending but the joy in journey to get there

Get a life Jimmy I have all the books at 3 times over the years. I love how they brought my favourite characters to life. Even if the all don't look as I imagined them. I am really happy that they have tightened up the story for the books. It is more enjoyable that way. Slavishly following the books line for line would make it boring for me I am treating it like a new story and leaving my book snobbery at the door and enjoying it for what it is great Tv
