I have said for a while now to put a button on the first sixty years and move the series forward, Eon needs to explain how James Bond can return after the ending of No Time To Die. You can bring both Pierce Brosnan and Timothy Dalton back to investigate how they could leave the service in relative peace and Daniel Craig's character could not. Along the way they meet and train the man who will become the latest 007. The very last scene could be Dalton and Brosnan comparing notes and grudgingly agreeing "He'll do." They walk through an arch and nod as the new 007 comes toward him. The arch becomes the bull's eye, and James Bond has returned.
