all any of these remakes do it return a new generation to the source material to see what all the fuss is about. She won't get an audience and this will flop. The minute I saw her name on the production I was out. She butchered all the heart of Little Women right out of it making it different and it just returned me to the classic in greater love for what a master piece it was. She can create new interesting stories that won't offend the fans, but this is a life goal of these people to destroy the art of true artists. She'll fail and it'll be fun to see

The fact that Snapes character hasn't been confirmed after so long, makes one assume there's a good chance that guy isn't actually their choice. If he was the obvious choise why not cast like John Lithlow. What's taking so long besides that it was really rumors

Just saying my 8 year old worked all day to earn enough money to purchase a fat Jack as Steve action figure and loves it. Lol. It's beyond me how my kid is so obsessed with a fat Steve action figure but he is and it's cause Jack Black just has a way with kiddos. Though adults probably could care less, kids sure love him

As a life long fan of Narnia, I 1000% guarantee this show will flop as Rings of Power has. Greta has already disowned a majority of what C.S. Lewis valued and put into his stories. She doesn't respect the source material and if Netflix wants a success they should find someone who does. Narnia is beloved as Middle Earth is. Fans won't tolerate or someone putting their own spin on it. There's certain areas small changes are allowed, but her interviews are huge turnoffs for me and others I know who love the books. There's a reason Disney failed to continue the movies because they butchered a master piece with Voyage of the Dawn Treader. I would love a faithful adaptation but make it modern and implement your own values and it will tank. I currently don't intend to watch unless she really changed her tune .
