wow. It was clear to me and many others why hulk rampages in this scene. It’s heavily implied if not outright stated that Loki is influencing him through his staff. Also if you bothered to do any research (hell just google would do), you’d know that the hulk character is tied up legally. Marvel can use him but not in a stand alone movie at this time.

The Stand was one of kings more perfect endings. It did pay off, was not abrupt and definitely doesn’t need a sequel. Did we read the same book? In fact did you actually read the book at all or did you just watch the sub par tv mini series?
