Free Birds
I went into Free Birds not thinking I'd like it at all, but there were a few moments that made me chuckle. It's a relatively silly movie about turkeys traveling back in time to keep turkeys from being a Thanksgiving staple food, which is a pretty dark premise when you think about it, but it was executed in a pretty funny way.

Enola Holmes
Millie Bobby Brown is a phenomenal actress and she really gets a chance to shine in Enola Holmes. The plot is interesting and the entire cast play their roles very well.

Shrek the Third
Shrek the Third has always been my least favorite Shrek movie, but it is still fantastic. Watching Shrek and Fiona struggle to find their way as new parents will be relatable to those with children, and there are some really heartwarming moments in this one.

National Lampoon's Vacation
National Lampoon's Vacation is still pretty funny and the misadventures of the family are still interesting to watch, but it just doesn't hit the same way as Christmas Vacation.

Guardians of the Galaxy
GOTG is one of the best Marvel movies, hands down. The visuals are stellar and it takes the space setting seen so often in movies and does really creative things with it. The chemistry between the main cast is undeniable and their found family bond is truly touching.

Toy Story
Toy Story is one of the best Disney movies of all time. The interpersonal relationships between the character's and Buzz's gradual realization that he is not a real spaceman, but a toy version, are so interesting to watch unfold. The movie has a certain charm that is difficult to recreate or find in most other movies.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special
This holiday special was so fun and everytime I watch it, I why I love the Guardians of the Galaxy stories so much. The chemistry between the main core group of characters is impeccable.

Annabelle: Creation
The Annabelle movies have always really freaked me out, so I guess the fact they scare me so much is a testament to how horrific and tense of an atmosphere the filmmakers have built, which I assume is what they intended.

Bridgerton
I usually don't really enjoy historical fiction, but Bridgerton surprisingly really captured my interest. I love all of the romance, and the suspense that brings, as the audience waits eagerly to see who will get with who in the end.

Trolls
Some people don't like Trolls but I thought it was a lot of fun, although shockingly dark for a kids' movie considering the Bergens are literally trying to eat the main characters. The music is poppy and catchy and the animation is really visually appealing and colorful, but the story itself is a lot more grim than I was expecting.

Raya and the Last Dragon
I was really hoping for Raya and the Last Dragon to be incredible, but it was really underwhelming and left me disappointed. The characters are bland and difficult to feel connected with and the story is confusing and paced poorly.

Into the Woods
Into the Woods is enchanting and breathtaking, in its scenery, costuming, and the story overall. I've never been the biggest fan of musicals, but the music in this one is absolutely gorgeous.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1
Twilight Breaking Dawn is just as campy and cheesy as the others in the series, but it is still a delightful and entertaining watch if you enjoy it for what it is: an over the top vampire flick.

How to Train Your Dragon 2
HTTYD 2 is a surprisingly amazing sequel with a lot of emotion and heart, and the same stellar animation, intriguing characters, and sense of adventure that made the first movie so popular.
