If the Secret Keeper died could Voldemort have even been able to become the secret keeper automatically?! I would think the mechanics of the Fidelius Charm implicitly implies that a Secret Keeper has to have an INTACT living soul and not the abomination against the Natural Order that was Voldemort's so-called soul.
