Look at who is the main character. No one cares. Who wants to see someone with no superhuman abilities as Captain America. He's not our Captain America so we don't care. Plus how can he suddenly be as good as Steve Roger's who had the Super Soldier Serum?

Additionally, look at who they keep hiring to write, direct, and produce the majority of the MCU shows and movies. There's the real issue. They are the reason we gave up on Marvel. Checking boxes, race and sex swapping characters and "trying to be relevant to a modern world" (wherever they means) doesn't make for compelling entertainment.
