Elementary
One of the best Holmes pastiches I've ever seen or read. And I've seen a lot of them! Casting a woman as Watson was a nice touch. Holmes is certainly a handful and needs to be managed by someone used to dealing with sick and difficult people. Who better than a female doctor? Even without a medical degree, most women are better at dealing with those considered difficult than men are. And they stayed true to Doyle's writings, as well as the spirit of Holmes ' dedication to justice, rather than the law. I salute the cast and crew of Elementary and look forward to seeing a sequel, if that's humanly possible.
