The one thing everyone forgets is that before Daniel trained with Miyagi he had already taken karate at his local YMCA in New Jersey so he wasnt a complete novice. We dont know how long he trained karate or who his original instructor was. All we know is Daniel blamed his former teacher for failing him, but his instruction might not have been all that bad. Daniel blamed his bike for him getting his butt kicked also and there was nothing wrong with his bike. Im sure if he lost the tournament he would have blamed Miyagi for losing. My point is maybe his instruction wasnt all that bad and Daniel was just being Daniel by saying it wasnt any good.

Best of the best and 3 ninjas should not be on this list. I agree Last Dragon is kk like. Someone said he didnt have a Mr. Miyagi character in it. That isnt true. He had an older asian master that is very miyagi like. Three other movies i would include as kk-like is bloodsport, kickboxer, and king of the king boxers.
