See AllThe Menu Ending Explained (In Detail)
Chef tells his guests to not to eat but instead taste his dishes and that by the end, everyone will be full and satisfied. Moderation, not overindulgence is necessary for a worthy life. At the very end of the last scene Margot takes a small bite, a taste of the burger and as everything and everyone goes up in flames, she takes a huge bite and eats. Even though Chef divides people into the served and the servers, him and Margot being the latter, she rejects his pontificating on everything and everyone. She is true to herself for better or worse.
