Willem Dafoe is an Excellent actor .Whether he is playing the villian or good guy. He has EPIC roles from Platoon to Green Goblin. But with all do respect to him I just could not picture him as Doc Holiday. Val Kilmer was made for the role . When I hear the name Doc Holiday I see Val Kilmers face . It's almost as if he was actually Doc Holiday.
